What counts as a repaint result or render?
A render is one repainted photo. Trying three colour schemes on the same photo creates three results. The homeowner complimentary allowance is for 8 successful repaint results.
Do homeowners need a monthly subscription?
No. Start with 8 complimentary successful repaint results. After those are used, buy additional render credits for A$1 each when you need them. The A$199 monthly subscription is for painter accounts.
What happens to unused Professional renders?
The 50 included renders reset at the start of each billing month. Extra Professional credits you buy for A$1 each carry over and never expire. Your included monthly renders are used first.
Can I use the same email for both account types?
Yes. V4 supports a separate homeowner account and painter account with the same email address. Choose the right account type when you register or log in. Each account has its own projects and credits.
Can I cancel Professional or update my payment details?
Manage your subscription, payment details, payment history and invoices from your account page. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing month you've paid for.
