Common questions

What counts as a render?

One render is one repainted photo. Trying three colour schemes on the same photo uses three renders.

What happens if I don't use all 50?

Monthly renders reset at the start of each billing month. Extra credits you've purchased carry over and never expire.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from your account page. You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for, and your projects stay safe.

How do I update my card or download invoices?

From your account page — card details, payment history and tax invoices are all there.
