Your information is used to provide, operate and improve the service, including storing your projects, generating repaint previews, managing your account, processing subscriptions, providing support, communicating with you, maintaining security and improving platform performance. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your project content with advertisers for marketing purposes.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paint Element does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on its servers. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and applicable payment processing terms.
Image processing
Photos you upload may be processed by AI services and other service providers to generate repaint previews and related outputs. Uploaded images are stored in your account and are used to provide the service. We do not sell your uploaded project images to advertisers.
Data storage and security
Project photos, colour selections, notes, account information and related data may be stored on servers operated by Paint Element and its service providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer information, however no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party services
Paint Element may use third-party providers including Stripe, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers and AI service providers to operate, secure and improve the service. These providers may process information only as reasonably required to provide their services to Paint Element.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security and operate the service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
